Led an opportunity involving a small New England location to convert their low-revenue generating land into a sustainable revenue generating site.  We coordinated among public land owners, developers, and utilities to ensure the land purchase moved forward successully through build and development resulting in ongoing revenue generation for the local stakeholders.
